Banquet

Good Day!

The banquet has been confirmed for Tuesday 3/22. It will run from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM in the EHS cafeteria. During this time we will celebrate the 2015-2016 Nordic Ski team with food, good company, and ceremony.

Each family/skier who is attending: please contribute at least one main dish, dessert, salad, or beverage and indicate this in the shared spreadsheet I emailed to you. My (amateur) assessment is that we will have roughly 60 people to feed. If each skier-group that attends brings something to share, we should be in good shape.

Folks are welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up food.

The banquet date has been tentatively planned for March 22nd. The application for using the cafeteria is pending approval so this date may change depending on availability.

Tuesday 3/8 agenda

On Tuesday, show up ready to clean. Clothes that you don't mind getting wax on are recommended.

Here's what we need to accomplish:

• Turn in and organize uniforms
• Scrape, clean, and break down benches
• Dump and throw away tarps
• Scrape floor
• Sweep floor
• Put away Ski Erg
• Tent to track

Post-season practice days

Monday: clean bases, apply summer wax, captain's voting
Tuesday: clean blue locker room.

The Banquet date will be set this week.
