Week of 1/20 -

This will be a higher intensity / low volume week as we have two scheduled races.  Both days that we bus we race!

Monday, Jan. 21st -
On your own, easy distance ski (technique of choice) 1.5 - 2 hours.  Get together and go ski!  The school field is not an option at this point, but the following venues are advertised as  being open.

- Sleepy Hollow, Huntington: (short loop open).  This might be the best bet, as it is not too far and prices for high school racers are reasonable.
- Bolton Valley Nordic Center (advertising having 6K open for skate and classic)  -  
Conditions 
- Trapp Family Lodge, Stowe
- Craftsbury Nordic Center
- The Stowe Nordic Center, Stowe 

Tuesday, Jan. 22nd -
Practice at EHS.  
1) wax skate skis for Tuesday's race at the Range and
2) we will get on snow if there is any nearby the school

Wednesday, Jan. 23rd-
Practice at EHS indoors
Race Information for Friday
Core / Plyos / technique

Thursday, Jan. 24th -
Practice at EHS. Wax for Thursday's race and short ski if snow.  Have both classic and skate skis.

Friday, Jan. 25th -
Pursuit Race at The Range hosted by MMU.
Bus leaves at TBA (will know tomorrow), will have early excusal.
Race Times -

2:00-3:00pm Registration, Walker Building
3:30pm Boys Classic/Freestyle Pursuit – mass start
4:30pm Girls Classical/Freestyle Pursuit – mass start
5:30pm Boys JV Freestyle Race – mass start
6:00pm Girls JV Freestyle Race – mass start

Saturday, Jan. 26th -
OFF

Sunday, Jan. 27th -
Optional distance ski at TBA?  More details to come during the week.
