Week of 2/18: States Skate Week - Bringing Everything Together!

Monday, Feb. 18th - 
Practice at Sleepy Hollow.  If conditions permit we will classic, but be prepared to skate if it is klister conditions.  
Easy level 1 ski for those who did a workout on Saturday, workout for those who could not attend.
States Tee - Shirt Money is Due!!!!  Please make checks out to Essex Student Activities

Tuesday, Feb. 19th - 
Practice at The Range.  Technique will be the opposite of what we did for Monday's practice.  Last day on skis before the first State Meet.

Wednesday, Feb. 20th - 
Wax for skate state meet.  We will begin at 2:45 sharp!
Eat well Wednesday night and get to bed early!!

Thursday, Feb. 21st - 
Skate State Meet at Craftsbury.
Bus leaves EHS at 7:00.

Boys - 10:30 a.m. Freestyle Individual
Girls - 11:30 a.m. Freestyle Individual
Boys Relay - 1:30 p.m.
Girls Relay - 2:30 p.m

Friday, Feb. 22nd - 
O.Y.O. Easy shakeout ski / run.

Saturday, Feb. 23rd - 
Details to come.

Sunday, Feb. 24th - 
Glide wax application for classic State Meet.  We will do this sometime in the afternoon at EHS in the Blue locker room.

Monday, Feb. 25th - 
Depart for Prospect Mountain
