Vermont Wins J2 Champs

This past weekend the J2 championships were held at the Holderness School in Plymouth NH.  With temperatures rising to 50 degrees and lots of bright sunshine, five eastern state teams, (including some guest teams from the midwest) met to compete against each other.  Vermont trailed Maine for most of the weekend, but rallied on the last day (mixed relays) and went away with the victory!  Full individual and team results as well as pictures can be found under the J2 champs website -

This year Team Vermont had one skier representing Essex- Congratulations Steven Maloney on an awesome weekend of racing against many of the best in the east!
