Group Rollerski
 
Summer is here and so is the time to rollerkski and dryland train.  Tomorrow (Monday) evening marks our first weekly group rollerski.  Meet at 4:00 pm in the parking lot of the Essex Elementary School.  Please bring all rollerski equipment you have as well as a helmet, liquid, and running shoes.  I will have an extra pair of SNS combi skis and a pair of NNN skate skis should anyone need to borrow.  Be there if you can! Plan to practice approximately an hour and a half.
