Week 6 and Week 7

Sunday, December 21st:
- On your own: Distance/recovery ski.  Make use of your Sleepy Hollow passes!  The school field will also be skiable.

- Deliver fundraiser items

Monday, December 22nd:

- Practice @ Sleepy Hollow (classic).  Bus leaves EHS at 10:30 and will return around 2:30. Bring a lunch! 

    - ski to Cabin warm up

    - technique / threshold workout

Tuesday, December 23rd: No race at Fairfax

- On your own: ski (any technique) 60-80 min. Core.
    - Work on the ski technique/skill you feel you need the most improvement on: Whether it be V1 on hills, V2, downhills, balance, double pole for upper body, etc... Any skiing time outside of structured practices serve as a great opportunity to work on weaknesses. 

Wednesday, December 24th:

- On your own: Jog/ski. Core (if didn't do Tuesday):

Thursday, December 25th:

- Merry Christmas!!

Friday, December 26th:

- On your own: ski (any technique 80-90 min.)

Saturday, December 27th:

- Practice at Sleepy Hollow.  Skate technique.  Bus leaves EHS at 8:30 and will return around 12:00.

- Fundraiser $ Due.  Please bring all money collected in the sales envelope.

Sunday, December 28th:

- Santa's Revenge: Race cancelled, however, Sleepy Hollow will still be open for those who would like to ski on their own.

Monday, December 29th:
- Varsity only practice at Sleepy Hollow.  Meet at 9:00 with both classic and skate equipment.  We will not have a bus for this practice, so skiers will be responsible for finding their own transportation.

Tuesday, December 30th:
- Practice at The Range.  Bus leaves EHS at 2:45 and will return around 5:30/5:45.

Wednesday, December 31st - Thursday, January 1st: Happy New Year!:
- No official practices. For one of the two days, on your own: distance ski 90-120 minutes. Core.

Friday, January 2nd:
- 9:00 TBA.  Will most likely be doing technique work at EHS.

Saturday, January 3rd:
- Practice at Sleepy Hollow: Bus leaves EHS at 8:30.
