- Practice at EHS
- Ski videos – technique, goals revisit
- Skate ski field
Thursday, January 29th:
- Practice at Sleepy Hollow (skate)
Friday, January 30th:
- Prerace at EHS
- Race information and wax skis
Saturday, January 31st: Essex hosts at Rikert Ski Center, Ripton VT!!!!!!!!!
- Bus leaves EHS at 7:15
