Thank you for your patience with the shifting schedule this week. As of right now, here's the plan:
Tomorrow, Tuesday 12/29/15: Practice at Craftsbury. Bus Leaves @ 7:30 AM, returns to EHS @2:30 PM. Technique: Classic (conditions permitting). Wax, no pole, technique, double poling, L1-L3 continuous.
Wednesday, 12/30/15: Practice at EHS 9AM-11AM. Intervals on stations loop.
Thursday, 12/31/15: Practice at EHS 9AM-12PM. Wax/Core. The race originally scheduled for this day has been cancelled.
Friday 1/1/16: On your own: 30 min L3 run, core, stretch.
Saturday 1/2/16: 5-6k Skate Race @ Sleepy Hollow. Bus leaves at 7:45 AM
Sunday 1/3/16: No practice, stretch.
Monday 1/4/16: Skate race @ Cochrans. Bus leaves @ 1:30 PM, excused from class @ 1:10 PM
