Practice and Race Schedule 1/14 - 1/19: 

Monday, January 14th - 
Practice at EHS.  Remove klister from classic skis.  We will skate ski on the school field if conditions permit.  Otherwise have running shoes available.

Tuesday, January 15th - 
Practice at Bolton Valley Nordic Center (skate)  We will be previewing Saturday's course and doing an upper intensity workout.  Bus leaves EHS at 2:50.  Return time at 5:30 ish.

Wednesday, January 16th -
Skate ski / dryland training at EHS.  Recovery day.

Thursday, January 17th -
Practice at Bolton Valley.  Final course preview.  Technique will most likely be skate.  Bus leaves EHS at 2:50.

Friday, January 18th -
Ski Prep for Saturday's Race!

Saturday, January 19th -
Essex Hosts Skate Race at Bolton Valley.  The race schedule is as follows: 

-          

- First Race - 9:00 sharp, Middle School- 

- Second Race - 9:45 sharp- Varsity Boys, and then Varsity Girls to follow immediately, (10:10 ish) - will depend on the exact number of racers).

- Third Race - 11:00 sharp – JV Boys, JV Girls to follow, (11:25 ish)
