Race Announcements / Updates –

Our race this Saturday, originally scheduled to be held at Bolton Valley will take place at The Range, in Jericho VT (Ethan Allen Biathlon Range).  The starting times for each race will remain the same (Middle school – 9:00 sharp).   I am asking that all volunteers arrive between 8:00 – 8:15.  This will give us plenty of time to make sure we are all on the same page and are familiar with our roles.   

-          First Race - 9:00 sharp, Middle School

-          Second Race - 9:45 sharp- Varsity Boys, and then Varsity Girls to follow immediately, (10:10 ish - will depend on the exact number of racers).

-          Third Race - 11:00 sharp – JV Boys, JV Girls to follow, (11:20 ish)

Also, as far as concessions go, is there a parent who would like to take charge of this?  I notice we have a long list of parents who have signed up to bring baked goods…  There will be a place inside the warming hut at the range to set up a table for food / drink items.
