Friday, November 1st - Optional Training Day with the Mansfield Nordic Club at Essex High School (4:00 - 5:30).
This training session is being put on by the Mansfield Nordic Club, but is open to any skier - meet out by the track if interested. Activities will include a heart rate zone test, strength exercises, and games. This would be a great opportunity for some of our more experienced skiers! - Establishing your target training zones (based on % of maximum heart rate) lets you know if you are training at the right intensity level/pace.

Sale is Saturday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Consignment drop-off is Friday evening.
