Monday, 2nd:
Make sure you bring warm running clothes and running shoes for dryland training. Also, please bring in classic poles and skis if you have them! No worries if you don't, we will not actually be skiing the first few days, but I want people to begin prepping their skis so everyone is 'ski ready' by later this week. The blue locker room will be unlocked in the a.m. Skis and poles can be left in this room in the back corner by the wax benches. They can also be left inside the wooden ski shack outside the athletic entrance of the school (the shack on the left). Combination for the lock on this shack is 26-36-30.
Other items to bring in if you have not done so already – yellow participation consent form and sleepy hollow waiver and payment.
