Hello! The plan for tomorrow (Monday, August 4th) - meet at the Essex Elementary School at 4:00. Rollerski technique to be determined, so bring all equipment.

The plan - 1) core/strength warm up, 2) rollerski workout, 3) Core/cool down stretch...
