Hi All - I will not be available for an organized rollerski today as I had something come up.  Feel free to still meet and ski if any of you are available! If you can do this and are wondering what to do I suggest the following... 1- core warm up 2- rski workout technique of choice.  3-4 repeats @ L4 approx. 5 minutes in length with full recovery between repeats.  Then, if there is a hill around do 3-5 uphill dp repeats about 1 min. in length.   3 - cool down ski and stretch/yoga.  

With the transition into fall sports this week schedules begin to get very busy so this will be our last week.  Best of luck with fall sports and enjoy the rest of summer - see you in school.
