Here's a rough schedule for the rest of week 1:
- Wednesday 11/18- Bounding(?), core, speed/agility
- Thursday 11/19- Core, longer run, stretch
- Friday 11/20- Core, short run, other activity, stretch
- Saturday 11/21- On your own Long run, 45 minutes, stretch
We will practice Monday 11/23 and Tuesday 11/24, more details to come.
