On Monday: On your own. If you can, get out on the snow! We're supposed to get a few inches. You can take advantage of your pass at Sleepy Hollow or free skiing for high school skiers at Craftsbury. Do a 10k+ L1 ski, you choose technique! If you can't make it to either of these places, do a core routine, work on areas for strength improvement!

On Tuesday: Skate practice at the range (mix of: no pole, intervals, V2 for new skiers, and more)

On Wednesday: Classic practice at Sleepy Hollow (conditions permitting) Skiers needing to clean klister off of classic skis from Saturday's race should arrive at 2 PM to take care of that. Bus leaves for Sleepy at 3.

On Thursday: Pre-race day. Revisit personal and team goals, film. We will be putting glide wax on classic AND skate skis. This means that practice will run later than a usual pre-race day. Plan on practice lasting until 6 PM.

On Friday: MMU Pursuit Race at the Range. Dismissed from class at 12:40 PM bus leaves at 1 PM. Race details will be posted later this week. ***We will leave directly from the range to the Lakeview Inn in Greensboro.

Saturday: Craftsbury day 1: practice, distance, free ski, time trials, and more

Sunday: Craftsbury day 2: practice, free ski

Skiers please have checks for Sleepy Hollow in to me by Thursday at the latest. $16/skier per night.
